The high heat resistant H-Pan FlipLid offers easy access to hot food while reducing points of cross-contamination. Ideal for prep tables, food can be held without getting dried out, increasing yields and savings. The translucent amber top offers at-a-glance inventory and incredible -40°F to 375°F (-40°C to 190°C) temperature resistance. Choose a notched FlipLid for resting serving utensils with lid closed.
